HOW IT WORKS

▸ Subscribe to either our Monthly plan or Half-Year bundle tier
▸ Purchase your favorite digital STL files separately from our catalog (files from our cults3d also work!)
▸ 3D Print, finish, and assemble your physical stock
▸ Sell physical iterations internationally at local art markets, conventions, or online storefronts!

By subscribing to this commercial license, you are officially authorized to operate as a licensed retail partner of mashedpotato studio under the following formal Terms of Service & Licensing Conditions; 

TERMS OF SERVICE & LICENSING CONDITIONS

What This License Allows (Scope of Rights)

▸ Standard Releases Only: This license covers our standard catalog releases. It explicitly excludes any special collaborations, co-authored sets, or guest-artist collections unless we state otherwise.

▸ Active Status Required: Your commercial rights are tied directly to your active subscription. If your subscription is canceled or lapses, your commercial license ends automatically at the start of the next billing cycle, and you must stop manufacturing and selling physical prints of our designs immediately.

Geographic Market & Regional Boundaries

▸ International Distribution Only: To protect our original local production lines, this commercial license is strictly for international distribution only.

▸ Thailand Restriction: You are fundamentally prohibited from selling, listing, or physically distributing our products within the borders of Thailand. All domestic commercial and retail rights within Thailand belong exclusively to mashedpotato studio.

File Ownership & Product Branding

▸ No File Sharing: You are licensed to sell physical 3D prints, not digital files. You may never resell, share, lease, alter, or distribute our raw STL or 3MF files or download links.

▸ Keep Branding Intact: Any embedded studio logos, manufacturer watermarks, or artist names molded into the 3D models must remain untouched, unaltered, and clearly visible on the finished physical product.

Giving Design Credit (Attribution)

▸ Online Listings & In-Person Markets - mashedpotato studio design credit and your license certificate ID is required to be stated in your online product descriptions and display clearly at your physical market booths

Media & Photography Rules

▸ Use Your Own Media: To keep listings unique across platforms, you must take your own original, high-quality photos and videos for your shop listings.

Approved Production Methods

▸ Production Restrictions: This license is strictly for low-volume additive manufacturing, specifically FDM and Resin 3D printing. Mass industrial replication methods such as injection molding, industrial resin casting, or automated factory mass production lines are strictly prohibited.

QUALITY CONTROL & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The merchant holds full responsibility for the structure, safety, post-processing, assembly, and retail quality of the final physical products sold (including the sourcing and security of third-party manufacturer). mashedpotato studio is not liable for structural failures, assembly mishaps, or commercial disputes between the merchant and their end consumers.

NO-REFUND POLICY & CRITICAL PURCHASE INFO

▸ Digital & Instant Access Nature: Due to the immediate, digital delivery of your unique commercial certification and licensing documents, we strictly do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations under any circumstances. Please verify all details before executing your payment.

▸ Subscription Responsibility: Merchants are fully responsible for managing their own subscription plans. Early termination of a billing cycle will not entitle the user to a partial refund, and permissions will lapse at the turn of the next cycle.
